Pastor Rick Mullins is the senior pastor of the Evangel Church of God. He and his wife, Rita, came to Evangel with 20 plus years of pastoral experience. Pastor Mullins previously served as Regional Ministries Director for the New York Church of God State Executive Offices. He has preached and ministered throughout the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. He also taught evangelism and church growth seminars. His desire is to walk in integrity and in the calling that God has placed on his life. He is an avid teacher and anointed preacher.

His wife, Rita, has been the love of his life for the past 31 years. Their granddaughter Olivia lives close by with her mom Stephanie who is an anointed vocalist and serves as the Minister of Music. Granddaughter Olivia is close enough to be spoiled by her grandparents, but not rotten. Their son, Rick and his wife, Vanessa, recently moved to New York.  They already love the area and the people and will be a great asset to Evangel's ministries.  We are so thankful for the faithfulness of God.
