We are a part of the denomination, Church of God, Cleveland Tennessee. The Church of God has almost 3 million members in the U.S. and almost 7 million members outside the U.S. bringing it's membership to approximately 10 million world wide. Evangel Church of God reflects the purpose of the church, to share the Good news. The church consists of people from various backgrounds and walks of life. Evangel is home to numerous culture and nationalities, and is truly a cross - cultural ministry. Our Mission Statement: Reaching People, Sharing Jesus, Making Disciples.   Our purpose is to reach all people for Jesus Christ, giving them the promise of eternal life and to make them His disciples.   We reach all people by connecting them to various fellowship groups so we can share with them the hope of Jesus Christ and His love by our examples.    We disciple all people through teaching, training, preaching, worship and fellowship, so they may fulfill God's purpose in their life.    Who we are...
